In order to place a bid, you need to have an account. However, you can view products on auction without an account.
You can apply for a user account by filling in information on this page.
Place a bid on a product in auction, you will get a notification when someone outbids your bid or when you have won the auction.
If a bid is made in the last 5 minutes before the auction ends, the auction will be extended by 2 minutes.
NEW – New product
NOB – New product, opened box
REF – Refurbished product, tested & quality checked
USED – Only power on test. Be aware that products have not been checked by functionality or quality. Buying these products you can expect hardware issue, not working ports, limited functionality etc.
When you place your bid, you can bid the maximum amount you want to spend on a product on auction. Our system will automatically place a new bid when someone outbids your bid. Our system will raise your bid with a certain amount until your maximum bid price is met.
All bids are final when the auction ends. Won auctions cannot be canceled.
When you have won the auction, you can pay for the product(s) in our webshop.
Delivery is not included in the bid price, you can decide to ship the product(s) yourself or you can request a delivery quote from your account manager.
On all auction batches there is a 1 month carry in warranty that covers technical discrepancies between the goods received. Warranty is not covering appearance / cosmetic of the product.
